LT  Sveiki gyvi visi! Jau greit greit Kalėdos, ar jaučiate?? Man tas sniego trūkumas truputį gadina kalėdines nuotaikas, bet et velniai nematę, vis vien smagu. Ar jau sugalvojote šventinius aprėdus??? Jei ne, tai štai gal mano įrašas duos šiek tiek įkvėpimo, o šiandien tikrai bus daug nuotraukų, nes turime svečių!!! Yay!! Pradėkim nuo pradžių. Šių metų šventėms aš pasirinkau saugų drabužių variantą: juodą suknutę, kuri niekuomet nenuvils ir visuomet išgelbės, su nėriniais. Juoda suknutė su nėriniais! Paprastai nepaprasta! Tobula! Man dar norėjosi kažko šventiškesnio, taigi prie jos priderinau sidabrinius papuošalus ir raštuotas pėdkelnes, žinoma, nepamirštant juodų klasikinių aukštakulnių ir raudonų lūpų! Man labai gražu, jaučiuosi gražiai ir patogiai, o tai svarbiausia. Štai toks mano šventinis pasirinkimas. Antras dalykas: labai džiaugiuosi, kad bloge turime svečių Rotzi iš blogo Rotzi Und Baerchen, kuri jums pristatys savąjį Kalėdinį pasirinkimą. EN  Hello everyone! Christmas is just around the corner, do you feel it?? I really miss snow for a complete Christmas mood, but hey, it's still fun time! Have you already chosen your festive outfit? If not, maybe my post will help you a little bit and inspire you, because today we have plenty of photos and a guest!! Yay!! Let's start from the beginning. So this year I chose classic outfit: little black dress, which never ever fails. Hooray to little black dress with... some laces! Just gorgeous and perfect! Anyways, it wasn't enough for me, so I spiced up an outfit with the printed tights and some silver jewelry, of course, not forgetting black heels and red bold lips! I love this outfit, I feel beautiful and comfortable wearing this and that's the most important thing. Take a look at my Christmas outfit choice. Breakfast // Fluffy Pancakes with Pancetta

LT  Pusryčiai man visuomet buvo, yra ir manau, kad išliks vienas svarbiausių procesų dienos pradžioje. Be psuryčių nė iš vietos arba iš vietos, bet tuomet jau surūgusi ir pikta iki tol, kol pagaliau gaunu akimirką pavalgyti. Taip, alkis mane padaro ypatingai jautrią aplinkai arba tiesiog lengvai sudirginamą :)) Darbo dienomis manieji pusryčiai yra labai paprasti ir greiti: dribsniai, sumuštinis, jogurtas ir pan. Tačiau savaitgaliais su tokiais pusryčiais niekaip. Norisi sočiai, lėtai ir įdomiai, tad radusi šį receptą iškart susigundžiau išbandyti. Nieko labai įmantraus, bet vis vien šiek tiek kitaip. Kas už blynus su pribumbasais? :))

EN  Breakfast was, is and I guess will always remain the most important process in the beginning of the day. Without breakfast I can't start my day, well technically I can, but it means grumpy Monika until I get the chance to put something in my stomach. Yes, the hunger makes me very sensible to the environment or, in other words, makes me very easily irritated :)) So to avoid that, I always eat my breakfast which during the weekdays is very simple and fast like cereals, sandwich, yoghurt and etc. But hey, on weekends these kind of meals are not working for me. I want slow, delicious and a little bit different than usual breakfast. So when I saw this recipe, I immediately wanted to try it out. Nothing too difficult, nothing too fancy, but still a little bit different. Who is in for some pimped pancakes?? ;))

Smoky maple pancetta and fluffy corn pancakes adapted from Jamies 15 minute meals

• 1 puodelis miltų // 1 cup of flour
• 1 didelis kiaušinis // 1 big egg
• 1 puodelis pieno // 1 cup of milk
• 40g Čederio sūrio // 40g Cheddar cheese
• sauja saldžiųjų kukurūzų // 1 handful of sweetcorn
• 2 pomidorai // 2 tomatoes
• 1 avokadas // 1 avocado
• 1 žalioji citrina // 1 lime
• 4 juostelės šalto rūkymo šoninės // 4 rashers of smoked pancetta
• klevų sirupo // maple syrup
• 1 nedidelis indelis natūralaus jogurto // 1 small pack of natural yoghurt
• Tabasco padažo // Tabasco sauce
• svogūno laiškų ar kalendros papuošimui // coriander or chive for decoration

LT Sumaišome miltus, kiaušinį, pieną ir išplakame iki vientisos masės kartu įberiant žiupsnelį druskos. Sutarkuojame sūrį ir suberiame į tešlą kartu su gera sauja kukurūzų.

Stambiais gabaliukais supjaustome pomidorus, riekelėmis supjaustome avokadą, kurį apšlakstome 1/2 žaliosios citrinos sultimis, druska ir pipirais.

Šoninės juosteles kepame keptuvėje ant vidutinės - lengvos ugnies, kol gražiai apskrus. Tuomet apšlakstome klevų sirupu, dar šiek tiek paskrudinam ir pašaliname nuo ugnies.

Kitoje keptuvėje įpilame aliejaus, kaitiname ant vidutinės ugnies, pilame samtį blynų tešlos į keptuvę, paskirstome į šonus, kepam, apverčiam ir, kai pilnai iškepę, perkeliame į lėkštę. 

Ant blyno išdėliojame 1/4 ingridientų (avokado, pomidoro), suplėšome šoninės juostelę, į vidurį blyno dedame šaukštą natūralaus jogurto, pabarstom supjaustytais svogūno laiškais ar kalendra, galima pašlakstyti dar šiek tiek čili padažo, jei norisi ekstra aštrumo.

EN  Whisk the flour, egg and milk in a bowl with a pinch of salt until smooth. Grate cheese, then fold into the batter with the sweetcorn.

Roughly chop the tomatoes, slice the peeled and destoned avocado, then toss it with the juice from 1/2 a lime, salt and pepper.

Put a pancetta into a pan on a medium - low heat, turning when crisp and golden. Drizzle with maple syrup, glaze for 20 seconds and remove from the heat.

Drizzle oil into another pan on a medium heat, add ladleful of batter and spread it out to the edges. Flip when golden and remove to the plate once done. 

Place 1/4 of the topping and pancetta on the top of the pancake, in the middle drop a spoon of natural yoghurt, sprinkle chopped chives or coriander and chilli sauce if you like extra hit of spiciness.

EN   This time I am a little bit late to introduce you to my November beauty favorites. I have only few items for this month, but they are what I liked and used the most, shall we continue?

The Body Shop Sweet Lemon Body Scrub // Tai jau antras iš eilės šios firmos produktas mano mėnesio mėgstamiausiuose. Kaip jau supratote, man patinka The Body Shop. Šį šveitiklį įsigyjau per išpardavimus vien dėlto, kad kainavo tik 4 eurus, na kaip gi susilaikysi :)) Kas labiausiai patinka, tai jo aliejinė konsistencija, grūdėtumas man pakankamo dydžio, vidutinis, nušveičia gražiai, o oda po to išlieka lyg įtrinta aliejumi. Fantastiškas pojūtis, ir šveičia ir kartu drėkina, na jau nekalbu apie mane svaiginantį citrinų kvapą.

The Body Shop Sweet Lemon Body Scrub // This is the second Body Shop product in a row featured in my monthly favorites. As you have already noticed, I really like this company. I got this scrub during the sales, only for 4 euros, so how could I have resisted? :)) What I really like about this particular scrub is its oily consistency, the size of grains are perfect for me (medium), it exfoliates nicely and at the same time it moisturizes your skin. After using this product your skin feels very fresh and nourished. Oh do I have to mention the amazing citrus scent??

Carmex Cherry Moisturizing Lip Balm // Šaltas oras mano lūpoms tikrai ne draugas, todėl rudens/žiemos metu neišsiskiriu su lūpų balzamais. Šis Carmex produktas yra klasika ir išbandytas belekiek kartų, todėl žinau, kad visuomet galiu juo pasikliauti. Drėkina puikiai, maloniai tepasi, gal turi šiek tiek šaldančio efekto ir kvepia vyšniomis. Stipriai. Kai pasitepu šiuo balzamu, aplinkiniai vis klausia, kas čia taip skaniai pakvipo, ogi mano lūpos kaip vyšnios čia taip dėmesį traukia, haha :))

Carmex Cherry Moisturizing Lip Balm // Cold weather is not a friend for my lips, so during autumn/winter seasons I always have lip balms close to me. This Carmex product is a classic and tested many many times, so I always know that I can count on this little tube. It applies smoothly, moisturizes very well, maybe has a slightly cooling effect and a nice cherry scent. Whenever I apply this particular lip balm, people around me start nosing what smells so nicely, yep that's my cherry lips attracting all of you, haha :))

Giorgio Armani Rouge Ecstasy Lipstick // Kaip spalio mėnesį buvo ryškiai raudona spalva, taip lapkritį perėjau prie neutralių spalvų. Tai pirmas mano Armani lūpdažis ir esu labai patenkinta jo kokybe. Tolygiai dengiasi, lūpos nesukimba. Mano turima spalva gražiai pasiskirsto ir išlieka kaip ir didžioji dalis lūpdažių apie 3 valandas. Įpakavimas gražus, uždarymas su magnetuku, na tikrai malonus daikčiukas kosmetinėje.

Giorgio Armani Rouge Ecstasy Lipstick // As in October it was all about bold lips, so in November I moved to neutral colors. This is my first Armani lipstick and I am very satisfied with its quality. It applies evenly, lips don't get sticky and the color stays around 3 hours, like most of the lipsticks. Packaging is really nice, with a magnet, so I consider it as a lovely thing in my cosmetic bag.

Batiste Dry Shampoo // Jau seniai blogerės (ir ne tik) naudoja ir giria šį šampūną, tad nusprendžiau, kad ir man metas išbandyti. Nusipirkau mažą įpakavimą išbandymui ir su tikslu įsimesti atostogoms į rankinį bagažą. Ką galiu pasakyti? Ogi kai pabaigsiu šį mažiuką, eisiu pirkti pilno dydžio, nes tikrai labai gerai sugeria riebalus (skamba rimtai :), papurina plaukus, tiesiog atlieka savo funkciją taip, kaip ir turi. Tai vienas geriausių mano bandytų sausų šampūnų. Ir kaip visuomet pabaigsiu kvapu: oh tropikai tropikai, kaip man patinka tokie kvapai :))

Batiste Dry Shampoo // Bloggers (and not only) have been using and giving good reviews about this shampoo for a long time, so I though it's a right time for me to try it out. I bought a mini size for testing and for taking it in a cabin bag for my holidays. What can I say? Well, when I finish this mini, I will rebuy a full size, because I really like how well it works, how well it absorbs all the greasiness (you know those lazy days :)) and gives volume. It really does what the dry shampoo is supposed to do. It's one of the best this type of shampoos I have ever tried. And like always I will end with the scent: ooh boy, tropical scent is carrying me away... :))

Oversized coat

 

LT   Oversized coat visuomet patraukdavo mano dėmesį, savotiškai intriguodavo įvairūs jo deriniai su aukštakulniais, sportbačiais, atrodo dėk prie visko ir vis vien tiks. Vis žiūrėdavau iš šono ir galvodavau, kaip gražu, kaip stilinga, bet kažkaip gal ne man čia toks stilius... Labai norėjau, bet nežinia kodėl, nedrįsau, kol vieną dieną spontaniškai ėmiau ir užsisakiau šį camel spalvos paltą (dėkui sesei), net nenumanydama, ar man tiks, ar bus visiškas fail'as. Taip, tai šioks toks išėjimas iš mano komforto zonos, tačiau tik pirmas įspūdis buvo toks keistas, kažkas naujo ir didelio, bet dabar taip pamėgau šį paltą, kad nesuprantu, kaip galėjau gyventi iki šiol be šio šilto ir siaubingai tilingo reikalo. Nieko čia derinti nereikia, paltas pats kalba už save, svarbiausia neužgožti jo pačio tikrojo grožio. Ar Jūs turite savo spintoje oversized paltą, ar taip pat dar nedrįstat jo išbandyti?

EN   I was always attracted by oversized coats and intrigued by their endless and various combinations with heels or sneakers. It looked like you can combine it with anything you want and it will still look great. I used to observe from a side and think how beautiful and stylish it looks, but I always ended up with the thought that maybe it is not for me... I wanted oversized coat very much for a long time, but I didn't dare until one day I spontaneously (thanks to my sister) ordered this camel coat without any clue whether it will fit me or will be a total failure. Yes, it's a little sortie de comfort zone and the first impression when I put it on was weird and big, but now I can't understand how could I have lived without this warm and darn stylish thing. It's really easy to style it, because the coat speaks for itself, the most important thing is not to overwhelm the real beauty of its own. What about you guys, do you own an oversized coat in your closet or you are also a little bit afraid to try it on?
